I started the year 2021 discussing the book, The Servant with Sanjeev Kapur. The author James C. Hunter calls The Servant a "Simple Story About The True Essence of Leadership".
Our guest Sanjeev Kapur is the VP of Marketing Operations at LinkedIn. He spoke about the characteristics he admires in a leader and how deep care for his people has influenced his style of leadership.
