In this episode, I had the honor of talking to Shellye Archambeau, one of Silicon Valley's leading African American CEO and author of the book, Unapologetically Ambitious. She got candid about why she wrote the book, what it means to have sustainable growth, and discussed the need for companies to prioritize inclusion and diversity as a goal from the very beginning.
Shellye Archambeau is the former CEO of MetricStream, a GRC company based in Palo Alto, California. She has held executive positions for numerous companies, including a 15-year career at IBM where she became the first African American woman at the company to be sent on assignment internationally. She is a Board Director at Verizon Communications, Okta Inc, Nordstrom, Roper Technologies
